Urgent Opportunity: Immediate Start for a Skilled Tester!

Are you a meticulous Manual Tester with a solid understanding of test automation? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software? We have an urgent need for a tester like you to join our team immediately!

We are looking for a Manual Tester with knowledge of automation using

Java

to strengthen our QA efforts. This is a critical role to ensure the quality and reliability of our products from day one.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for manual testing activities, but you will also have the opportunity to apply and grow your automation skills. You will work closely with the development team to identify issues, document defects, and contribute to building a robust testing framework.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases and test plans. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Identify, record, document, and track bugs in detail using a bug tracking system. Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Apply your automation knowledge to help maintain and contribute to existing Java-based automation test scripts.

Participate in team meetings like daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves):

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Proven ability in creating and executing detailed test cases.

Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with test automation using Java.

Familiarity with automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver. Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fully remote team.

Available to start at short notice.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):

Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman). Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts. ISTQB or similar certification.
