Overview of role
Location: Belfast
Salary: 32,262 - 44,023 per annum
Closing date: Friday 15th August 2025
As a skilled operative working across production operations, you will be responsible for producing quality products in line with the Company's standards and procedures, from raw ingredients through to packaging in the manufacturing process, whilst maintaining a safe, clean and fully operational environment. We have roles working rotational shifts 2 weeks of days and 1 week of nights and roles working night shift 4 nights per week.

Key Accountabilities

• Able to operate plant equipment or processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience of working in a leadership role i.e., as a Team Leader and displaying organisational skills.
• An ability to achieve Basic Food Hygiene, Pest Awareness and HACCP qualifications.
• Demonstrate your responsibilities in adhering to manufacturing site standards.
• To be flexible as mobility of labour and interchangeable skills are required for this role.

The Right Person
Essential

• Demonstrate a good level of Health and Food Safety awareness.
• A standard level of proficiency in English and Numerical skills.
• This role will require rotational shift working including nights and weekends.

Advantageous

• Understanding of baking process.
• A current Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• An understanding and application of key elements of Good Manufacturing Practice.
