Our innovative device continuously tracks the foot volume of heart failure patients, providing invaluable data for medical professionals to help avoid unnecessary hospital re-admissions.

As we expand to large-scale clinical trials, we're looking for a skilled Manufacturing Assistant to support production, maintenance, and ongoing innovation across our product line.

Role Overview



This is a key role in the day-to-day operation of our manufacturing and stock processes. You will take ownership of inventory, ensure traceability and quality standards, manage 3D printing operations, and help maintain a well-organised and efficient environment. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and a desire to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities



Manage stock levels, goods-in inspections, and inventory systems (Xero, ERPAG) Run and maintain 3D printing operations Assist with device packing, labelling and dispatch preparation Track equipment calibration and maintain calibration records Ensure batch traceability by maintaining complete and accurate records of components, assemblies, and devices. Maintain well-organised storage and apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock principles Support incoming inspection and acceptance testing of critical components and subassemblies Contribute to Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and ISO 13485 compliance Participate in internal audits and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) Support equipment readiness, maintenance, and asset tracking Assist in validation activities for equipment, processes, and systems (e.g. 3D printer validation, ERP workflows)

What We are Looking For



Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative and ownership Clear communicator afacturing support or technician role (preferred) Experience working within an ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 quality environment
