Are you a Business Central Lead Consultant with strong manufacturing expertise? Do you want to join a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice? If so this could be the role for you!
This is a key role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on solution design with leadership - helping clients streamline complex manufacturing operations through smart ERP solutions.
You'll take ownership of end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations, working closely with clients to understand their processes, design solutions, and lead successful project delivery.
What You'll Be Doing

• Lead Business Central (D365 BC) implementations from discovery through to go-live, with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain.
• Translate client requirements into functional designs, workflows, and configurations.
• Advise clients on best practices in production planning, MRP, inventory, and shop floor control.
• Oversee solution build and testing, managing internal consultants and external stakeholders.
• Support data migration, integration, and training activities.
• Act as the go-to subject matter expert for all things Business Central Manufacturing.
• Contribute to solution enhancements, IP development, and team capability growth.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience delivering D365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, and inventory modules.
• Strong business process understanding and the ability to translate operational needs into ERP solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams through delivery.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central are desirable.
