As the business enters a new phase of accelerated growth and international expansion, we are now seeking a strategically minded and operationally astute Manufacturing Director to lead the transformation and scaling of their manufacturing operations.
The Role
This is a high-impact leadership position, reporting directly to the Board and playing a critical role in shaping the future of the company's manufacturing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing a manufacturing strategy that supports business growth, product innovation, and operational scalability.
• Operational Excellence: Leading multi-site production operations, driving efficiency, quality, and throughput while maintaining flexibility to meet evolving customer demands.
• Continuous Improvement: Embedding lean manufacturing principles, automation, and digitalisation to optimise processes and reduce waste.
• Team Development: Building and mentoring a high-performing manufacturing and engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all operations meet the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility.
