We are a small but dynamic manufacturing company based in Dunmurry dedicated to producing high-quality instrumentation for a range of industrial applications. With a strong reputation for precision and reliability, we are looking to expand our team with a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment.
Role Overview:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting production, testing, and maintenance of our pressure and temperature products. You'll work closely in a small team to ensure our products meet exacting standards and customer specifications, so good communication and teamworking skills are important as well as the ability to work alone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support production to achieve scheduled output
2. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with both product and equipment
3. Develop skills to maintain our ISO 9001 and 14001 Management Systems
4. Support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of HND or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or 5 years' experience as a mechanical engineer
Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Ability to read and produce technical drawings and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience of being involved as an internal quality auditor for ISO 9001 and 14001 would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
Understanding of temperature and pressure equipment would be advantageous
