We are seeking a skilled part-time Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes for power systems and components.
In this role, you will collaborate with production teams to enhance workflows, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will also contribute to process improvements and cost-effective solutions to meet project goals. This position is ideal for candidates with expertise in power systems manufacturing, strong problem-solving abilities, and a flexible approach to working part-time hours Monday - Wednesday 8hrs per day.

Roles and Responsibilities
Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. Includes Manufacturing Engineers.
Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialised expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolves issues using established procedures.
Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Collaborates with others to solve issues.
For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Required Qualifications
This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment.
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and/or relevant work experience.
