Overview
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, enhancing product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to lead process development, troubleshoot complex manufacturing challenges, and implement innovative solutions across our manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing an efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing components, to enable delivery of conforming products the required quality, lead-time and cost. Sustaining engineering; providing shop floor support to ensure manufacturing output, technical investigations and resolution of internal rejects. Represent the Engineering function and provide technical input into Operations, Quality and customer reviews, providing technical support to bids (Costing/Capability Input & Contract Review). Managing product structure in ERP; BOMs & Routings, Sub-contractor assessment and development of procurement specification. Define tooling procedures during early phases of new product introduction. Work holding Design. CNC Programming (Turning, Boring and Milling).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
