We have an opportunity for a

Manufacturing Engineer I

to join our team at Honeywell, in Southend-on-Sea, where you will play a vital role in supporting the optimisation of manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence. You will assist in the development and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.



In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations, contributing to the overall success of our products and services.

This role is 100% onsite at our Southend location.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste. Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues. Contribute to the documentation of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean manufacturing principles. Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools relevant to the role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
