Overview:


We are looking for a dedicated and capable individual to take on the Manufacturing Engineer Role within our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on proven experience with Crushing and Screening equipment who understands the workings of these machines. This role is key to the Growth of our company and its vital the candidate takes control of their role and has strong skills. Roco is a growing company with massive growth plans in place over the next few years.

Previous experience with Crushing and Screening Equipment would be beneficial.



Previous experience as Manufacturing Engineering is a must.



Process Design and Improvement: Developing

and implementing new manufacturing processes, improving existing ones, and optimizing production lines for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Quality Control: Establishing

and implementing quality control systems, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identifying

and resolving production issues, including equipment malfunctions and process bottlenecks.

Equipment Management: Designing

, installing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, including developing maintenance schedules and managing breakdowns.

Cost Management:

Analyzing production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and implementing strategies to minimize waste.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

Working with other engineers, production staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth production operations and seamless integration of new products.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and relevant industry standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

Developing and maintaining process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures, and providing regular reports to management on production performance.

Training and Development:

Training production staff on new processes and systems, and mentoring junior engineers.
Essential Skills:

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and relevant technologies (e.g., Solidworks).

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Communication Skills:

Effective communication with various stakeholders, including engineers, production staff, and management.

Project Management Skills:

Ability to manage projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to motivate and manage teams, provide guidance, and ensure smooth workflow.

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
