We're hiring: Manufacturing Engineer | Fluke Norwich

A typical day in the life of a Fluke Norwich Manufacturing Engineer (ME) always starts with a Daily Management Team meeting to discuss what happened yesterday and what's planned for today. Who needs help in what area, and what does the team need to do today to be successful?
What you'll do:

• Support daily production, troubleshoot issues, and drive productivity.
• Lead cost engineering design initiatives, continuous improvement kaizens in production, and automation projects to improve efficiency and yield.
• Collaborate on new product introductions and implement robust manufacturing solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement resolutions.
• Work on a multitude of tasks exploring new technologies and concepts.

What you bring:

• Degree or HND in Electronic Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience in production or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus if you're familiar with LabView, TestStand, or lean manufacturing tools.
