What you'll be doing:
Supporting production and engineering teams by optimising manufacturing processes
Analysing CNC machining processes, identifying improvements and reducing bottlenecks
Ensuring part quality, supporting scheduling and improving workflow efficiency
Troubleshooting production issues, reducing scrap and improving repeatability
Bridging the gap between engineering and production
Monitoring and reporting on the machine efficiency and downtime
Supporting a lean, efficient production environment and collaborating in 5S
Coordinating with purchasing and stores to ensure material availability
What we're looking for:
Strong knowledge of machining processes, process improvement and quality assurance within a manufacturing environment (3+ years)
Strong technical drawing interpretation
Understanding of machining principles, tooling and process flow
Energetic, collaborative mindset with a flair for precision and problem-solving
