Job Description

Evaluate repair/overhaul methods and reverse engineer component assemblies.Develop and approve alternative tooling and produce technical documentation.Lead/support NPD projects, including technical procedure development and handover to operations.Sustaining Engineering:Provide technical support during equipment failures and non-conformances.Lead root cause investigations and maintain internal technical records.Design or upgrade tools and equipment within budgetary limits.Apply industrial engineering methods to identify process inefficiencies and improvements.Other Responsibilities:Drive operational excellence (OpEx) and lean initiatives (Kaizens, GEMBA walks, 5S).Support change management and continuous improvement activities.Qualifications & Skills:Degree/HNC/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field.Familiarity with industry regulations (AS9100, EASA/FAA Part 145 & 21G).Strong technical drawing, documentation, and CAD skills.Effective communicator, team player, and project planner with a proactive mindset.ACS are recruiting for a Site Controller.
