Overview

We are seeking a proactive Manufacturing and Engineering Manager to lead our production and engineering teams. This role will oversee all manufacturing operations, drive process improvements, and manage engineering projects to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with effective leadership to support our growth and operational excellence objectives.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Conduct time studies and process analysis to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the manufacturing process. Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes, including work instructions and standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports on performance against targets. Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing facility.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. Significant experience in a senior manufacturing and engineering management role. In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. Proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD) for designing manufacturing layouts and processes. Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams to achieve high performance. A successful track record of implementing lean manufacturing, driving process automation, and delivering cost reduction initiatives. Experience working within quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
