The role is split between office and workshop responsibilities, overseeing engineering and manufacturing operations across the site to ensure all machinery and equipment operate at peak efficiency. Working closely with the design, production, and moulding teams, the position plays a key part in ensuring products are delivered to the highest standard. In addition to managing relationships with suppliers and contractors, the role requires strong expertise in LEAN processes, health and safety compliance, and the reporting of all KPIs that contribute to the company's success.
