About the Client:
Our client is a rapidly growing construction recruitment business with established divisions in Engineering, Technical, and Supply Chain. They are now seeking a talented Manager for their Manufacturing & Engineering team to drive performance and growth.
Role Overview:
As the Manager of the Manufacturing & Engineering division, you will lead a team of 3 consultants with plans to double headcount in the next 3-6 months. This role combines people management, client development, and hands-on recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 3 consultants, driving growth to double the team within 6 months.
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across manufacturing & engineering disciplines.
Set clear performance goals and support consultants in hitting targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Drive business development, expanding market share and identifying new opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, team growth, and market positioning.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within manufacturing/engineering.
