As a Manufacturing Key Operative - RTITB Instructor you'll make sure that our drivers are competent and safe to carry out their roles within the warehouse and production team, in order to deliver quality products to our customers.
You will train, refresh and test colleagues across the site on counter-balance, reach trucks and electric pallet trucks, and may also be asked to support at other sites and stores as required. You'll support the management team so that they can make decisions on when training is required, and will work with them to book it in as well as facilitating any necessary medical forms and compliance paperwork.

About You
This role will be suited to you if you: Have knowledge and understanding of the RTITB requirements for driver competence
Understand risk assessments and are able to advise managers of their contents
Have facilitation, training and/or coaching skills
Are able to influence senior managers to ensure driver assessments are completed on time
Have verbal and written communication skills and basic computer and IT skills
Enjoy working in a fast paced production and warehouse environment
