Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Manufacturing Kitter

to join our production team. The Kitter plays a crucial role in preparing and organizing materials, operating the Kardex system, organising components, and tools required for manufacturing operations. This position ensures that production lines are supplied with the correct kits in a timely and accurate manner to support efficient workflow and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and assemble kits of components and materials based on production orders and work instructions. Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality of items before kitting. Label and package kits appropriately for delivery to production areas. Maintain inventory accuracy by recording material movements and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with production team to ensure timely delivery of kits. Support stores where required including the receipt of goods delivered. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with cycle counts and stock audits as required. Support with annual stock take as required. Identify and report any issues with materials or documentation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or kitting role preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret work orders and part numbers. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems. Good communication and teamwork skills. Forklift license (desirable but not required).
