About the Role

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our manufacturing team as

. This role is designed as an entry-level position, offering structured on-the-job training and formal apprenticeship learning. Successful candidates will start by supporting machine operations and, upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, progress into

Machine Operator

roles.

Key Responsibilities

Assist machine operators in the day-to-day running of manufacturing machinery

Load and unload materials and finished products

Monitor machines during operation and report any issues to supervisors

Carry out basic quality checks in line with company standards

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area

Follow health, safety, and food safety procedures at all times

Support production targets and team objectives

Training & Development

Enrolment into a recognised

manufacturing apprenticeship programme

Hands-on training under experienced machine operators and supervisors

Gradual development of machine-setting and operating skills

Opportunity to progress into a

fully trained Machine Operator

role upon successful completion

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in manufacturing and machinery

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Basic literacy and numeracy skills

No prior manufacturing experience required -

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
