The Maintenance Team is looking for a person that is highly organised with exceptional communication skills to join the team. You will be responsible for coordinating the repairs and maintenance across all our Manufacturing sites in Poole. General working hours would be 9am-5pm weekdays but we're willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
As a Repairs and Maintenance Co-ordinator you will work closely with the Manufacturing departments to make sure that all buildings and facilities are kept to the highest standard.
Responsibilities within the role include:
Logging repairs and maintenance jobs using online asset management system
Assigning jobs to in house engineers and external contractors
Communicating with manufacturing departments
Booking in deliveries/collections
Keeping log of stores inventory using online system
Scheduling service and maintenance with external contractors for all equipment/machinery in UK production
Scheduling service and maintenance with in-house engineers for all equipment/machinery in UK production
Keeping contractor file details up to date. Insurance/RAMS
Working with the H&S team to make sure equipment/machinery are compliant
Reporting to management daily/weekly/monthly figures
Purchasing equipment/machinery parts and spares with external suppliers
Regular room walk arounds with management
Authorisings and logging of invoices
Identify patterns in incidents and possible contributing factors or causes of system failure
Clear and concise communication to all levels and areas of the business both internally and with external suppliers/contractors
The Ideal candidate will have the following key attributes to offer us:

Good computer skills with a good working knowledge of Excel.

Problem solving capabilities
Good English - written and spoken
A great telephone manner and all-round communicator.
Ability to travel around all lush sites easily. (mileage payback included)
Able to prioritize workload, remain focused on tasks and work well under pressure.
Be confident in what you do but have a willingness to learn, listen and upskill.
A keen eye with excellent attention to detail is essential.
A flexible team player as well as ability to work alone.
A great work ethic with a passion for excellent customer service and getting the job done!
