Manufacturing Manager - Aerospace Manufacturing

What You'll Be Doing
As Cell Leader, you'll guide a skilled team through the full spectrum of finishing operations. You'll be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring your team to meet performance goals and overcome challenges.
Driving quality through self-inspection and technical oversight.
Implementing KPIs and procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
Recruiting and onboarding new team members with structured induction plans.
Holding regular team communications, setting expectations, and monitoring wellbeing.
Optimising workloads and skill alignment to meet departmental targets.
