 A leading manufacturer in the electronics and device assembly sector are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead and optimise their production operations. 
 As Manufacturing Manager, you will take ownership of manufacturing performance and innovation across their high-mix, low-to-medium volume production environment. Working closely with Operations, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain, you will ensure world-class standards in process efficiency, product quality, and delivery performance. 
 Key Accountabilities - Manufacturing Manager 
 + New Product Introduction (NPI) - oversee smooth transitions from prototype to volume manufacture, developing process flows, tooling plans, and robust operating procedures. 
 + Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) - lead APQP activities, including PFMEA, control plans, process flow diagrams, Run@Rate and capability studies, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards. 
 + Continuous Improvement - identify, implement, and sustain Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve yield, reduce waste, and drive cost efficiencies. 
 + Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures - direct the design, validation, and deployment of production tooling and fixtures to support scalable, ergonomic, and repeatable manufacturing processes. 
 + Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis - apply structured problem-solving techniques (8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys) to resolve production challenges and implement long-term corrective actions. 
 + Compliance & Documentation - maintain manufacturing documentation to ISO and industry standards, ensuring audit readiness and process transparency. 
 Skills and knowledge required - Manufacturing Manager 
 + Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). 
 + 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role within electronics or device assembly. 
 + Proven track record in APQP, NPI, Lean, and continuous improvement. 
 + Skilled in CAD tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design. 
 + Knowledge of IPC standards and electronics assembly processes (SMT, soldering, testing). 
 + Strong people management, communication, and project leadership skills.
