Manufacturing Manager

to drive excellence at our leading metal fabrication facility.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading from the Front:

Oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations, from planning and scheduling to production and delivery.

Optimising Performance:

Implement and refine processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve output quality.

Inspiring Your Team:

Mentor, motivate, and develop a skilled workforce, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Driving Innovation:

Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to keep us at the forefront of the industry.

Ensuring Quality & Safety:

Uphold rigorous quality control standards and champion a proactive safety culture across the workshop.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Experience:

Significant experience in manufacturing management, ideally within metal fabrication, welding, or a related heavy industry.

Transferable Skills Welcome:

Don't have direct metal fabrication experience? If you've managed complex manufacturing processes, led teams, and driven operational improvements in a hands-on production environment, we want to hear from you!

Leadership Prowess:

A natural leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Operational Excellence:

A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems.

Technical Aptitude:

Familiarity with engineering principles, manufacturing equipment, tools, and technologies. Different welding techniques, metals, and finishes.

An unwavering commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Pay: 37,000.00-45,000.00 per year
