Chartwell consultants embed ourselves at client sites Monday - Thursday to work with client teams to deliver step-change improvements in performance. This means spending time on the shop floor rather than just behind a computer, as well as working with people and machines to figure out what the real problems are - and how you're going to fix them.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills Results-oriented individual Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication skills Strong personal initiative and bias for action Desire to constantly learn new skills Willingness to travel to client sites Mon - Thurs of each week, and attend meetings in London 2 Fridays per month Right to work in both the UK and EU is not essential but may be an advantage depending on project needs
