Are you passionate about driving operational excellence in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment? Ipsen is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Performance Lead to champion Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Continuous Improvement across our production and maintenance of the different sites. This role is pivotal in optimising performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily production performance reviews and optimize KPIs including OEE, yield, and equipment utilisation across all sites
  • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, implementing TPM pillars across the sites
  • Champion Lean principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and SMED to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with GMP, EHS, Data Integrity, and Validation standards.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams in Lean and TPM methodologies to build internal capability.
  • Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior management, supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
  • Experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar within the pharma industry
  • Knowledge and experience of using Lean principles to improve line performance and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
  • Hands on experience leading continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives and projects
