We are currently recruiting for a General Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Bishop Auckland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and growing business offering stability, training, and long-term career prospects.
The Role:
Operating automated and robotic machinery Feeding and loading production lines Assembly and general operator duties Maintaining high standards of safety and quality Working as part of a team to meet production targets Occasional overtime may be required
The Candidate:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable Ability to work accurately and follow instructions Reliable, punctual and a good team player Willingness to learn and develop within the role Starting salary of 27,351 per year Working hours Mon-Thurs 8-4.30pm Fri 8-2pm Salary increases with experience and length of service Potential performance bonus after successful completion of 3-month probation Ongoing training and support
