We're looking for a proactive and driven Manufacturing Operative to join our fast-paced team at Natures Way Foods. In this hands-on role, you'll be at the heart of our production process--ensuring our machinery runs smoothly, customer orders are met to high standards, and safety always comes first. Shift pattern

We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically you would be working as follows:



Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Operating of specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times. Supervising Production Operatives and agency staff working on site. Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur. Ensuring our customer orders are met to our high standards of quality. Reporting any Out of Spec Products/Machinery issues/Non-Conformances to Line Manager promptly.
