Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable
Manufacturing Operative
to support the production ofautomatic nesting systems
. This hands-on role involves working closely with our CNC team and contributing to various stages of the manufacturing process includingsanding, paint spraying, and assembly
. The ideal candidate will be focused, reliable, and possess a strong command of the English language to ensure clear communication and adherence to safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the manufacture and assembly of automatic nesting systems. Collaborate with CNC operators to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency. Perform sanding and surface preparation of components. Operate paint spraying equipment with attention to detail and finish quality. Assemble mechanical and structural components according to technical drawings and instructions. Handle and move heavy materials and equipment safely. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Strong command of the English language
- both spoken and written. Physically fit and capable ofheavy lifting
and manual handling. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment is desirable. Familiarity with CNC processes and machinery is an advantage. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 28,000.00 per year
