Job Title:

Production Operative, Dewsbury

Salary:

12.60 per hour, plus 2,000 pa shift allowance and 0.50 per hour attendance bonus.

There is the opportunity to earn up to 15.50 per hour dependent upon skill level

Hours of Work

: 4 on 4 off, 2 x 6am - 6pm, 2 x 6pm - 6am

Key Responsibilities:

Adhering to Health and Safety Guidelines

Following Set Processes and Procedures

Flexible Approach to Various Manual and Technical Tasks

Operating a variety of Production Machinery

Loading and unloading production machinery - various manual tasks

All operatives will be trained and become qualified to operate a counterbalance forklift.

Other training will include learning how to operate a variety of different mixing, moulding, and kiln equipment at the site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ideally some experience in production or a similar environment

Hard-Working, self-motivated attitude.

Some flexibility due to the shift pattern.

A willingness to learn.

Basic mathematics skills

Basic literacy skills
