Salary & Shift Details

- Hourly Rate:

12.60

- Shift Allowance:

2,000 per annum

- Attendance Bonus:

0.50/hour

- Potential Earnings:

Up to 15.50/hour based on skill level

- Shift Pattern:

4 on, 4 off (2 x 6am-6pm, 2 x 6pm-6am)

Key Responsibilities

- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

- Adhere to established processes and procedures

- Perform a variety of manual and technical tasks

- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

- Load and unload materials and equipment

- Train to operate a counterbalance forklift

- Learn to operate mixing, moulding, and kiln equipment

What We're Looking For

- Some experience in a production or similar environment (preferred)

- Hard-working and self-motivated

- Willingness to learn and adapt

- Basic maths and literacy skills

- Flexibility to work the shift pattern
