World Heat Cylinders Ltd is one of the UK's fastest-growing manufacturers of stainless-steel hot water cylinders and buffer vessels. Due to continued expansion across both sites, we are looking for committed, reliable Manufacturing Operatives to join our production team.

About the Role

You will work across key areas of our cylinder manufacturing process. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that suits someone strong, fit and experienced working in a factory environment. Daily tasks will include:

Working with sheet metal including rolling, forming, cutting and drilling Operating and using a range of hand tools and workshop equipment Assisting with general fabrication and assembly work Following production drawings, work orders and quality requirements Keeping your workstation tidy and contributing to overall site housekeeping Supporting continuous improvement across the shop floor
What We're Looking For

Experience in manufacturing or engineering (preferred) Comfortable with manual, physical work Confidence using general hand tools, tape measures and workshop equipment Good attitude, reliable timekeeping, and willingness to learn Ability to work safely and follow instructions Team-focused mindset with pride in producing quality work
