Manufacturing Operator - Cosmetics (GMP Environment)
We're looking for a Manufacturing Operator with experience in bulk cosmetic production or a similar GMP-regulated environment. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00. If you're reliable, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to hear from you. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Safely manufacture cosmetic bulk products with precision and consistency following GMP and Health & Safety standards. Maintain accurate records. Review and update department procedures and records. Schedule and manage workload to meet customer deadlines Receive and handle goods efficiently Works well with others to meet production goals and maintain a positive work environment. Support other departments when needed
What We're Looking For
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible and proactive approach to changing priorities Comfortable working with machinery and performing basic troubleshooting Able to handle manual tasks, stand for long periods, and lift materials safely Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail Forklift truck licence desirable (or a willingness to train and obtain one) Must live within a commutable distance of Horsham, West Sussex or are willing to relocate.
