We are looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and meeting production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to follow detailed plans included measuring , setting out and organising work . We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. All training will be given for the manufacture and repair of heavy duty Truck and HGV covers i.e. Side Curtains , Tipper nets and Sheeting and Recycling Machinery etc (PVC welding , H/F PVC welding ,Stitching and machine Operation) . When competant in all aspects of the job overtime will be offered . Occasional on- site working will be expected at customers premises . Starting rate 12.50 per hour which will increase with speed of training and manufacturing capability .

Overtime after standard 39hr week .

Responsibilities:

Assemble parts and components according to specifications. Operate machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Inspect finished products for quality assurance. Perform basic maintenance on machines and tools. Follow safety protocols and procedures.
