Glaize is a London-based venture-backed D2C start-up that's on a mission to reinvent nail care through technology and science by making manicures easier, faster and greener.

Our first product is our made-to-measure gels which we make using our patent-pending nail sizing technology.

We've are growing fast and are looking for a talented manufacturing operative to be responsible for the production of our stick-on gel products within our manufacturing site.

What you'll do:



? To assemble chemical raw materials for our products, including blending and coating of our polymers and produce documentation for QA/QC purposes

? To assist in the preparation of the end products, their labelling, size customisation, packaging and despatch

? To replenish stock and rotate stock

? To perform visual inspection of finished products

? Ensure a high quality of service to the customer and adhere to Health and Safety requirements and company procedures

? To participate in the cleaning and preparation of equipment and supplies

? Ensure adequate and appropriate stocks of equipment and supplies

? Help build QA/QC processes for new product lines.

What you'll have:



? Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise and multitask

? Good oral/written communication

? Ideally previous experience as a manufacturing operative in ISO accredited sites, including cosmetics, pharmaceutical or food and beverages

? Working knowledge and experience of handling raw materials and following COSHH documentation

? Ability to work as part of a wider manufacturing team.

? Confident at being hands-on in a production environment. and excellent self-starter

? Understanding or be willing to learn the fundamentals of global standards related to our industry; including but not limited to ISO 22716:2007, REACH, CLP

? Entrepreneurial, with a willingness to challenge conventions.

Pay: 29,000.00 per year
