Manufacturing Operative - Norwich
Pay: 12.21 per hour for days & 12.31 per hour for nights
Select Recruitment is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established production team specialising in high-quality UPVC windows and doors.
Hours - choose the shift that suits you best:

• Night Shift: Monday to Thursday 5:00 PM - 4:00 AM
• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 5:45 AM - 3:15 PM, Friday 5:45 AM - 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate premium UPVC windows and doors using the appropriate machinery and tools
• Manufacture frames and assist in loading and unloading bays
• Maintain high standards of product quality and contribute to productivity targets
• Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Participate in continuous learning and development within the role

What We're Looking For:

• Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and follow Health & Safety guidelines
• Ability to work well in a team within a fast-paced environment
• Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
