Job Description
Contract Personnel are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives based in the Norwich area. This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and tools used in the manufacturing of windows (e.g., saws, welders, routers)
- Assemble window frames, sashes, and fittings following production specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and any defects
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with health and safety guidelines
- Report faulty machinery or tools to the supervisor
- Any other duties as required
- Previous experience in window manufacturing or a similar production environment is desirable but not essential
- Ability to use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Good understanding of measurements and basic math skills
- Physically fit - able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Monday to Friday
- 15:00 - 00:00
- 28 holiday days accrued for full time workers
