Manufacturing Operatives; Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire; \xc2\xa331,500 Committed and flexible individuals with production experience required to join the Manufacturing Team of a world-leading business, to successfully support a busy process facility with accurate and efficient batch manufacturing. This role will require working a 3-shift system, including nights\xe2\x80\xa6 Due to a busy order-book, a market-leading, International Fluid Manufacturer is recruiting. This company produces a range of high performance, specialist products for a diverse and interesting range of industrial applications. The company is recognised as one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s principal suppliers to manufacturing industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Food, Paper and Steel and have their UK headquarters, laboratories, and manufacturing plant in Stoke-on-Trent. The Manufacturing Operative roles will be working weekly rotating shifts (6am-2pm/10pm-6am/2pm-10pm), involve effective teamwork within a busy manufacturing environment and will include; \xc2\xb7 Charging additives into manufacturing vessels, \xc2\xb7 Taking samples for QC testing, \xc2\xb7 Flushing manufacturing vessels, \xc2\xb7 Fetching additives from the raw materials warehouse to specific recipes, \xc2\xb7 Connecting tanks to a process line system, \xc2\xb7 Ensure the correct product and quantities are loaded, \xc2\xb7 Completing daily housekeeping checks. • Manufacturing or production experience, ideally with previous batch process manufacturing experience.
• A flexible working attitude, as part of an efficient team, working a 3-shift system and flexible to work overtime if required.
