What You'll Be Doing:
Operating textile machines and keeping production running smoothly Supporting general duties across the factory floor Following all health & safety procedures Meeting production targets and quality standards Working as part of a friendly, hard-working team
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in manufacturing or factory work A good attitude and willingness to learn Team player with a strong work ethic Solid understanding of workplace health & safety Reliability and consistency

Starting pay:
12.21 per hour
(training rate) Graded pay increases based on skill level: Entry, Semi-skilled, and Skilled Full training provided Temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeksDay shifts only
- no nights or weekends and early finish Fridays!Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21-13.31 per hour
Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday
Experience:
Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred) Production: 1 year (preferred) Machine: 1 year (preferred)
