Job Description

A well-established manufacturing company based in Kings Norton, specialising in the production of high-quality plastic pallets. With continued growth and increased demand, they are now looking to expand their Shaping Department .
Key Responsibilities:
Operating shaping machinery in a fast-paced production environment
Handling finished products weighing up to 14kg throughout the shift
Ensuring all products meet strict quality standards
Performing basic machine checks and reporting faults
Maintaining clean and safe workstations
Working closely with team leaders and shift supervisors to meet daily targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
Ability to lift and move heavy items repeatedly (up to 14kg)
able to work on your feet for long periods
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Good communication and timekeeping
Willingness to work rotating shifts
