Job Description

A manufacturing company in Kings Norton specialising in the production of plastic pallets. Due to growth, additional operators are required in the Shaping Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate shaping machinery in a production environment
Handle finished products weighing up to 14kg throughout the shift
Complete basic machine checks and report any faults
Check products to meet set quality standards
Keep workstations clean and safe
Work with team leaders and supervisors to meet daily targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
Ability to lift and move items up to 14kg repeatedly.
Able to stand for long periods during the shift
Reliable with good timekeeping and communication
Willing to work rotating shifts

Comfortable working in a production and manufacturing environment
Physically able to lift items up to 14kg and stand for the duration of the shift
Able to follow instructions and carry out repetitive tasks accurately
Open to working on a rotating shift pattern
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
