Your Role

You'll play a vital part in our manufacturing process. You'll help us deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Following production plans

to keep operations running smoothly.

Preparing batches accurately

and ensuring all processes meet strict standards.

Handling raw materials safely

and maintaining allergen control at all times.

Completing quality checks

and keeping detailed records for traceability.

Working closely with team leaders

and supporting colleagues to achieve targets.

Assisting with new product trials

and continuous improvement projects.

Championing health and safety

and supporting audits and site visits.

What We're Looking For

A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in food production is helpful, but not essential - full training provided!
