The Role

We're looking for a

hands-on mechanical operative

to assemble construction machinery. Each unit is built with care and precision, typically completed within a day. You'll work closely with a supportive team and take pride in delivering a high-quality finished product.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and complete construction machinery units to a high standard Follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and internal processes Carry out quality and safety checks throughout the build Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe workspace Work collaboratively to support colleagues and maintain a positive team environment

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in

mechanical assembly

or a similar hands-on role Ability to

read and follow technical drawings/instructions

Methodical, detail-oriented, and precise approach to work Desirable:

NVQ Level 2 in a mechanical discipline

Strong work ethic, reliability, and loyalty Looking for
