We are recruiting someone to join our Dynamic Manufacturing Team at our factory in Livingston.

The ideal candidate will be a safety-conscious and quality-driven individual preferably with experience in glass processing machinery. We are a leading manufacturing business seeking a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our Glass Department.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of specialized machinery used in the processing of glass components.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Operating and setting up advanced glass processing equipment, specifically: Waterjet Cutting Machine: Precision cutting of glass materials. Lattuada Edging/Beveling Machine: Shaping and finishing glass edges. Washer/Dryer Machine: Cleaning and preparing glass for further processing or dispatch. Adhering strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment at all times. Performing continuous quality control checks on all produced items, identifying and reporting any defects or deviations from specifications. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Carrying out routine maintenance checks and reporting any equipment faults.
What We're Looking For:

Preferably experience operating glass processing machinery (Waterjet, Lattuada, Washer/Dryer). A strong commitment to workplace safety and best practices. An excellent eye for quality and detail - you take pride in producing high-quality components. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
