Manufacturing Operative - Hinckley, Leicestershire
12.21 per hour (488 per week based on 40 hours) | Monday to Thursday, 08:30-17:00

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Silicone Insertion: Follow detailed instructions to ensure silicone is correctly applied into cylinders to exacting standards.
• Picking and Packing: Accurately select and securely pack products following industry guidelines.
• Wrapping and Dispatching: Prepare products for shipment, coordinating with dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Carry out quality checks throughout the process and report any issues promptly.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain manufacturing machinery adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth production flow and support the team where needed.

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
