Summary and Purpose:



We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team and contribute to the next phase of our exciting journey. The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth and efficient production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and help meet growing demand. As part of our dynamic team, the Manufacturing Operator will play a key role in optimising operations, improving workflow, and driving continuous improvements to enhance overall productivity. Main Responsibilities:



Panel production of product to required standard and to customer specification Running various machines - dependant on business requirements. Ensuring jobs are completed & delivered on time and in full in line with the factory production plan by ensuring deliveries are made in full without missing components Manufacture of panels and cabinets in line with production plan requirements Develop and own processes in line with required machine practices. Ensure the department's activities are conducted in accordance with the Company's published policies and procedures. Undertake any other duties as requested by a Manager and Director of the company

Essential Requirements:



Machine operations not limited to CNC/Edgebander/SAW Competent in use of hand tools Competent in use of power tools Ability to read drawings and identify potential quality related issues Aility to fault find and problem solve Excellent organisation Skills Ability to own and develop work areas Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement skills Computer literate (word/Excel) KBB Industry machine experience This role does require lifting of panels and other products

Desirable Requirements:



Computer literate Ability to identify improvement initiatives Experienced in manufacture / build of KBB industry products Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement skills HOMAG equipment knowledge Production planning system knowledge

Working Hours:



07.30hrs - 15.30hrs (including a 30-minute break)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.13 per hour
