If this sounds like you then we are looking for someone like you to join our team. We currently have one vacancy within general manufacturing working 39 hours per week on a day shift.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a production operator abut also experience of leading a Team.

Basic Roles & Responsibilities Include:

Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety standards and procedures. Follow closely all the relevant work procedures Consistently satisfy and exceed hourly targets Ensure all relevant paperwork is present before commencing work Plan your production and ensure it is carried out in the most effective and efficient manner
Whilst your main duties will be to satisfy the needs of production. You will be required to support the Team Leader and cover in the Team Leaders absence. You will be a confident, proactive, organised individual with good communication skills both verbally and written, you will require basic IT skills to succeed in this position. You will help organise the team, set clear daily goals, handled job cards and paperwork as well as attend and contribute to team leader meetings as and when required.
