Job Description

Our client has an opportunity for an Enablement Support to join them on a contract basis in Broughton, Flintshire until October 2026. You will be supporting the enablement for ramp up through implementing new ways of working and best practices.
Role: Enablement Support
Location: Broughton, Flintshire - fully onsite
Hours: 35 hours
Clearance: BPSS required to start
Hourly Rate: 28.09 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
What you'll be doing:

• Support the enablement for ramp up through implementing "new ways of working" and best practices.
• Support to production areas within the facility on project based work.
• Ensure EHS and Airworthiness standards are met and drive the Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP) process to identify and implement potential improvements.
• Acting as an interface between different areas of the business.
• Lineside support for production enabling blockers & support.
• Liaising with facilities, maintenance dept to ensure adherence to agreed SLA's and delivery requirements.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing support experience
• Ability to listen, understand and respond in a constructive manner
• Willingness and ability to handle changes on a day-to-day basis in a timely manner
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work on own initiative but also working as part of a small team.
• Demonstrates a 'can-do' attitude, positive mindset, is self- motivated and has the ability to manage own time effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written at all levels.
• Experience of computerised systems, Workday and SAP would be desirable. Excellent skills in the use of Google Applications.
