Quality Line Side IPQ Assessor
Location: Broughton (Onsite)
Pay: 31.90 per hour (Umbrella) / 23.84 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Until 20/10/2026 (Likely to be extended)
IR35: Off-payroll working rules apply
About the Role
A great opportunity has arisen to join the Quality Team at Broughton as a Quality Line Side IPQ Assessor. You will play a key role in ensuring industrial processes meet the highest standards, supporting both compliance and continuous improvement within a factory environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform industrial qualifications to enable internal shops to carry out industrial processes.
• Conduct validation of couple and IQ reports.
• Collect evidence to evaluate compliance or non-compliance to process.
• Support impact analysis and recovery actions when non-compliance occurs.
• Propose IQ status and inform validators.
• Contribute to investigations and root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Participate in process improvements and analyse process capability results.
• Ensure customer focus and product safety at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial processes and factory environments.
• Audit quality background is essential.
• Strong teamwork, proactivity, adaptability, and customer focus.
• Experience is valued over formal qualifications.

• Security clearance (BPSS+) required.
• Paid overtime available (premium rates).
