Manufacturing Supervisor - Electrical

We're looking for a motivated and technically minded

Manufacturing Supervisor - Electrical

to lead and inspire our electrical manufacturing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, motivating, and managing a team of electrical fitters involved in the build of automated systems and equipment Taking ownership of projects and tasks, seeing them through from build to completion Planning daily workloads and providing clear direction to meet weekly production schedules Ensuring all electrical testing and inspection activities are completed and accurately recorded Responding to technical electrical issues and challenges quickly and effectively Reporting project progress to the Manufacturing Manager on a daily and weekly basis Driving a culture of continuous improvement across processes and systems Ensuring Health & Safety compliance, including PPE use and adherence to risk assessments Supporting people management activities including mentoring, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes Working in line with company procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or responsible role, ideally within automation or equipment manufacturing Strong hands-on background in electrical fitting or assembly Strong technical and problem solving capability with knowledge of (or willingness to learn) inverter parameter loading Proven experience delivering projects to tight timescales in a fast-paced environment HNC (or equivalent) qualification in an Electrical discipline
