Are you ready to lead a high-performing manufacturing team in a dynamic and innovative environment? Eaton is seeking an experienced

Manufacturing Supervisor-Press Shop

to drive operational excellence, ensure safety and quality standards, and lead strategic initiatives in our press shop operations.


As a key member of our leadership team, you will:

Lead and coordinate manufacturing personnel to meet production schedules, quality standards, and safety goals. Monitor performance indicators and take action to ensure targets for cost, quality, and on-time delivery are met. Ensure compliance with documentation, system transactions, and manufacturing policies. Champion continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to achieve departmental and business goals. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility in line with Eaton's policies. Manage team performance, including coaching, development, and performance reviews. Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and capital investment projects. Drive Lean manufacturing principles and Eaton's Industry 4.0 (I4.0) strategy.

Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing leadership role. Proven track record in automation, project management, and team leadership. Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, Lean tools, and ERP/MRP systems. Experience with SIOP, production planning, and resource management. Familiarity with I4.0 technologies and engineering innovations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. IT literate and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
